I have played golf since 1966 and have won various club events and recently got back into competitive golf in the City of Toronto Championship. I specialize in senior. golf with various programs but use designed courses to add enjoyment of this great game for all.. Golf can improve quality of all aspects of life with fitness through exercise and play. Brain function from course management and on going learning. I’ve maintained my ideal weight for the past 2 years and have never felt better. This all from taking a health oriented approach to golf which I will share with you as part of my teaching relationship with you.
